Art. 1 Conditions of use

Any person who accesses the site playkojostg.wpengine.com (hereinafter the “Site”) undertakes to comply with these general conditions of use, which may be supplemented for certain services by special conditions.

KOJO reserves the right to modify and update at any time the access to the Site as well as the present conditions of use. These modifications and updates are binding on the user who must therefore regularly refer to this section to check the General Conditions in force.

Art. 2 Personal and other data

2.1 The data are exclusively intended for KOJO, its subsidiaries or the members of its commercial network for purposes of surveys, analyses, institutional communications, operations relating to customer management or, if you agree, commercial proposals. This information is confidential and kept by KOJO, its subsidiaries and members of its sales network. In accordance with the law “Informatique et Libertés” of 06/01/78, you have the right to access, rectify and delete this data as well as the right to object to this data being processed by contacting us by mail at the following address: 52, Boulevard Edouard Branly 85000 La Roche-sur-Yon or contact@playkojo.com.

Your requests must be signed and accompanied by a photocopy of an identity document bearing the holder’s signature. The request must specify the address to which the reply must be sent.

In the event that you have accepted in our forms to receive information and commercial solicitations by email from KOJO, you will have at any time the faculty to go back on this decision, either by clicking on the link provided for this purpose at the bottom of the emails that you receive, or by sending an email with the subject “unsubscribe” to the following address contact@playkojo.com.

If you wish to set up a hypertext link to our Site, you must therefore contact the Site Manager. KOJO cannot in any case be held responsible for the contents of the sites which are the subject of a hypertext link from the present Site.

Art. 4 Cookies

When you browse the Site, cookies are placed on your computer. KOJO and the aforementioned service providers reserve the right to correct and modify at any time the contents of the Site without their liability being engaged by this fact, KOJO being able to bring at any time improvements and/or changes to the product(s) described on this Site.

Art. 6 Clearly unlawful content

In accordance with the law of June 21, 2004 for confidence in the economy, you can alert the host of the presence of content that you consider illegal by filling out the downloadable form (click on the link). The host will assess the illicit nature of the content brought to its attention.

The fact, for any person, of presenting a content or an activity as being illicit with the aim of obtaining the withdrawal of it or to make cease the diffusion of it, whereas it knows this inaccurate information, is punished by one year of imprisonment and 15.000 euros of fine.
